Lohmann produces adhesives using its own formulas. As a result we know their specific properties and can develop them even further. We offer the following coating systems for effective coating sheet carrier materials:

Coating thicknesses:
depending on the application, we develop coatings with optimum properties and individual thicknesses. Different technologies allow us to vary thicknesses, from 1 µm to 4000 µm.

Coating widths are dependent on the systems used. We offer our customers coating widths of between 480 mm and 1600 mm.

Our speciality coatings know virtually no limits: thanks to perfectly matched adhesive properties and a wide variety of innovative processes, we can coat a range of carrier materials quickly and reliably.

For our customers, we convert coated materials to rolls and spools in the most diverse dimensions. We also provide laminating services according to our customers specification, creating unique material combinations adapted to the requirements of a specific application.

Depending on the thickness of the adhesive tape, Lohmann supplies rollers in a variety of dimensions to suit individual requirements: we supply rollers ranging in size from 2 mm to the coating width and up to a maximum roller diameter of 80 cm.

We manufacture in all shapes and versions, and for practically any material bonding. Different carrier materials are laminated into individual material combinations for a wide variety of applications. For example, films and foams can be equipped on one or both sides with the perfect adhesive layer for each respective application.
