Screen printable adhesive for screen printing applications

For making products self adhesive in screen printing applications, we developed especially for our customers a new adhesive. Lomaprint SPA is a solvent-free pressure-sensitive adhesive system for the self-adhesive preparation of face plates, scales and nameplates or for the fabrication of membrane switches. The UV-cross-linkable pressure sensitive adhesive offers a lot of advantages for the screen printer.

It allows precise adhesive coating of intricate patterns and narrow bonding lines. Therefore it is possible to coat even those most complex shapes and formats that otherwise can´t be bonded with an adhesive die-cut. Lomaprint SPA may be processed with conventional screens. As with colour printing, the adhesive thickness will be determined by the choice of the mesh.
