Toll Converting
For our customers we convert coated materials to rolls and cross-wound spools in a
multitude of sizes. We also laminate various materials with adhesive according to
our customer's specifications, creating individual material combinations for specific applications.
| Cross-wound spools: We manufacture spools in core widths of 180 mm, 300 mm and 380 mm. Depending on the tape thickness, the product widths vary between 3 mm and 43 mm, and the spool lengths between 250 m and 10,000 m The maximum outer diameter of a spool is 40 cm based on core diameters of 3 or 6 inches. |

| Laminates: We are capable of manufacturing a very large variety of converted products - almost any combination of flexible materials is conceivable. Diverse carrier materials are laminated together to generate new products for a multitude of different applications. As an example, films or foams may be laminated on either one or both sides with pressure-sensitive adhesive as required by the intended application |
