BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & CHANNEL MANAGER ASEAN (F/M)

Your tasks

  • Explore, identify and grow new business opportunities in ASEAN region.
  • Account management of distributors and direct customers
  • Shaping and implementation of local market business plans
  • Increase business and brand recognition across the region in all product segments
  • Identify, coach and develop new sales channels
  • Reporting direct to regional Managing Director, based in Singapore

Your profile

  • Degree in engineering with minimum 5 years of marketing experience in similar position/industry
  • Expert product and market knowledge of adhesive tapes or related industry
  • Good technical understanding and ability to learn
  • Proven track record in developing regional market
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel in assigned region
  • Ability to work independent
  • ‘Hands on’ mentality and strong business acumen
  • Excellent communication and relationship development skills to external parties, but also within the regional and global organization
  • Business fluent in English, additional relevant local language would be a benefit
  • Strong business ethics and values to align to the corporate culture
  • Willingness to travel international internationally (circa 50%)

The position requires a high extent of reliability, accuracy and trustworthiness. We are looking for a team player who is able to cope with challenging situations. Independent and goal oriented working skills and the ability to grasp new situations quickly complete the profile of a successful candidate.
